The Royal Air Force is Set to Release it’s Archive of UFO Reports to the Public

While some are still shocked by this statement it seems like after the US Navy started this trend other countries are following suit. It should be noted that while the United Kingdom is no stranger to UFO sightings, parts of it are bordered by other countries and the Royal Air Force has said that it believes that many of the sightings were nothing more than experimental aircraft.

The RAF has been looking into cases involving mysterious unidentified aircraft for over fifty years, but it 2009 the descion was made to wind down the UFO unit as no investigation they’d been apart of had yielded any sort of credible threat against the country.

An RAF spokesmen said they felt that instead of keeping these records classified they felt it would be better to release them directly to the public. The descion isn’t that suprising considering that most of their case files only remainded classified for a certain period of time anyway.

While there is currently no date posted for release a spokesman for the RAF has stated that all the files would be out this year. But, that might change due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Here are some files which they’ve released in the past and hopefully they will add the new ones here as well:
