Once the stuff of science fiction the belief in parallel dimensions is something that is being more seriously talked about in the scientific and intelligence communities.

Alain Juillet, the former director of Intelligence at the French Directorate-General for External Security also known as DGSE, recently sat down with the Paris Match and gave his thoughts on the UFO phenomena.

On UFO’s he said:

In the particular field of UFOs, not to mention the people who see a flying saucer landing in a field, there are fighter pilots, astronauts, people who are anything but funny and report very precise observations. We must not say that they are nonsense, but just recognize that there are things that escape us.

While he didn’t go into specifics it does make one wonder what the Director was privy to during his time at the DGSE. Especially, since it was only recently that U.S. Naval Intelligence released their own findings about UFO’s.

Then he went further and hinted on his belief that UFO’s aren’t something we’re supposed to be able to perceive which is why it seems to only happen briefly and under strange circumstances.

For comparison, a fly with its faceted eyes can see dimensions other than ours even though it lives in our world. Perhaps, therefore, there are things that are in our universe that we cannot see in normal times because they are not in our field of vision. But perhaps, from time to time, something happens, that a phenomenon passes through our field of perception before disappearing.

The last couple of years has seen many agencies around the world releasing footage and reports of UFO’s, it will be interesting to see how many of them in the coming years share the same sentiments that Alain does. Especially, if he is right.
